Nursery (12 wks-35 mths)
We Love Our Babies! We provide two safe, healthy, and exciting
nurseries - one for newborn/crawlers and one for toddler/walkers.
Each of our nurseries is staffed by at least two competent, caring
adult volunteers. Both nurseries are open every Sunday during our
worship services and other times when we have special events. For
the toddler/walker nursery, we have a structured time where they
have a short Bible lesson, songs, activities, and prayer time. Click

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP PROCEDURES:
Because safety is a primary concern within Family Ministry, we
have the following procedures for protecting children.
Parents/guardians must have nametags with numbers that match the
number on their children’s nametags. (We recommend that small
children have their nametags on their backs.) When children are
dropped off at the nursery, they are signed in along with their
corresponding number. Should there be a need to reach a
parent/guardian during the service, their number would be displayed
on the screen in sanctuary. After the service, children are only
released to authorized adults who have the child’s number on their
nametag.
Because we care about the health of our children, we respectfully
require that parents keep their child at home if they’ve shown the
following symptoms within the previous 24 hours: repetitive cough,
mucousy runny nose, pink eye, fever, contagious rash, impetigo,
vomiting, diarrhea, or flu-like symptoms. Click

IF YOU’RE PREGNANT
We want to partner with parents and help you all that we can.
While you are in the midst of emotionally preparing to be parents,
hanging wallpaper, and having baby showers, please make sure you let
us know that you’re expecting! Please contact either Melisa Hunter (320-7701
), or Joyce at the church office (998-2989), or click
here to send
an email, so we can properly welcome you to Family Ministry.
Baby/Child Dedication
Twice a year, usually in November and May, we offer parents the
opportunity to dedicate themselves as parents. This allows the CCCS
family to collectively meet you and your baby and promise to support
you as parents. Together, we all commit to help raise your child to
love, obey, and serve Jesus Christ passionately. Please click
here
to see our Philosophy of Child Dedication. If you would like more
information or schedule an appointment, send Mark an
email and he
will contact you personally. |
