Welcome to the Christian Church at Cogan Station.
Since the church began in 1981, the Lord has blessed this congregation in
many ways. Our
purpose is to "make disciples of all nations." Our priority is people. Let
us know how we can serve you.
 MISSION STATEMENT In order to accomplish our goal of making disciples, we have adopted the
following mission statement.
The Christian Church at Cogan Station exists to:
- Evangelize the lost.
- Edify the saved.
- Equip believers for ministry.
- Establish facilities to meet the needs of the future.
- Exalt the Lord in worship.
CORE VALUES
We have identified key values that characterize our ministry:
- Evangelism: Lost people matter to God, therefore they ought to matter to the
church.
- Missions: The church is a world missions strategy center.
- Prayer: Prayer is the lifeline of the church.
- Worship: Worship is a lifestyle.
- Discipleship: Full devotion to Christ is normal for every believer.
- Acceptance: The church is a trauma center for wounded people.
- Teams: Ministry is most effective when done in teams.
- Community: Life change happens best in community.
