Accountability
Accountability refers to meeting with another man or group of men in order
to check-up on set goals. This process gives tangible accountability to
other men, through which we learn integrity and accountability to God.
James 5:16 says, “Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so
that you may be healed.”

Discipleship
Discipleship is a one with one study to promote devotion, nurturing and
commitment to the Word. This series of lessons can also take a person who
knows very little about God to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. So,
whether you are already a Christian and need growth or if you are just
beginning to seek God, discipleship will benefit you.
None of us has arrived in our walk that is 100% pleasing both to ourselves
and God. But we are to press on. A disciple is a hearer, learner, and
follower. In the case of Christianity, a disciple is a hearer, learner and
follower of Jesus Christ. We are constantly learning, yet many times we need
help in following. That's why it is important to submit to the encouragement
of other Christian men. "…encourage one another day after day, as long as it
is still called 'Today,' lest any one of you be hardened by the
deceitfulness of sin." (Hebrews 3:13 NAS) Not submission in the way that
someone has authority over you but in the way that you say "I want to grow
here, can you help?"
